What do we do in Identity and Mobile behavior?

We work with user data managed by mobile operators and financial institutions to generate mobile identity solutions that solve different problems in various industries. For 20 years we have worked hand in hand with mobile operators in Latin America, Asia and Africa, to enable the underserved economy, by facilitating the access of unbanked users to the financial world, to deliver credit alternatives for mobile services consumption and execute personalized campaigns to improve users’ experience in the use and acquisition of services.

In order to do this, we extract, process and make available mobile data so it can be accessed through standard APIs, allowing financial institutions and other industries to use the data in their validation processes, analytical models, fraud detection systems etc.
Application Categories

Score & indicators
Scores and indicators that allow the creation of new models or improve the accuracy of predictive models of credit repayment. They are used to enrich user data, validate process execution, obtain attributes to incorporate into existing analytical models, apply business rules and learn about a user’s behavior, among others.
ALERTS
Notifications in Pub/Sub mode to send alerts for user events. Useful for triggering the execution of campaigns from user events or detection of possible fraud by contrasting information such as changing SIM, device or mobile operator.

Allows critical questions about users to be answered based on their telephone number, in order to strengthen and validate onboarding processes, user verification, reduce false accounts and improve risk models, among others.
