Our audit services are provided to give our customers an external view of certain key business variables, particularly of their VAS services, such as content and application integrity and coherence, quality, pricing and availability. These services are provided on an ongoing basis, to ensure that the operator and its partners’ promises are delivered.
Such services are necessary in the VAS world, where thousands of digital services are provided by third parties. It is difficult to maintain control of the content and applications offered over time, due to the dynamic nature of the business, where service offerings and product pricing must evolve constantly, but also due to the sheer amount of providers and services which are made available.
Tiaxa’s team follows a strict methodology developed over the past few years, and, in cooperation with the operator, is able to reduce errors in the offerings from as much as 75% of services, to less than 2%, in a matter of weeks. Our work in this field with major operators in Peru and Colombia has led to over 50% reduction in calls to the call center for erroneous, incomplete or inexistent VAS delivery, and indirectly, to significant improvements in VASP revenues as customer experience is improved and subsequently, customer trust and loyalty in the services delivered is embraced and maintained.
